**Because of rising fuel costs, shipping has become more expensive. Keep in mind that we often have to pay fuel surcharges, which have run over $5.00, and a $1-2.50 charge for delivering to a residence. Plus the $4.50 - $6.50 for the box and packing materials. These charges are in addition to the rates quoted above and we mention this only so people do not think we are making money on the shipping side of the transaction.
